.24.化工设备与管谴第53卷第2期狭窄空间的焊接作业,经过多个项目的设备裙座内狭窄间隙堆焊的验证实施,效果良好,提高焊接效率的12同时又保证了焊接质量。使用狭窄空间复合焊接脉冲自动/半自动焊机焊接完成后,焊缝在空气中冷却后形成自然的内凹,熔池金属与两侧壳体呈现圆滑过渡的弧线,焊缝成形良好,采用R10的样板测量,完全无需打磨。3补强接 管结构设计a.普通对接型b.堆焊改进型工程规定要求本设备所有接管焊缝均要求为对图2裙座与封头对接结构形式接焊缝,所有接管补强均采用自补强翻边锻件。Fig. 2 Structure type of skirt and bottom headR1938 电/\R193810/图3翻边锻管结构Fig. 3 Structure type of wing forging nozzle其中,对于DN≤100 mm的仪表口,采用封闭不锈钢管与锻件的空隙,锻管外缘机加工- -圈,LWN长高颈整体法兰带翻边结构(见图3左),翻边形成凸缘,并将机加工后的凹台堆焊S30403 与末端尺寸为锻管外径加100mm;DN≥150mm的管口齐平,并与环板用不锈钢焊条焊接,采用该方式是为采用翻边锻管加法兰焊接(见图3右),锻管翻边尺了避免异种钢焊接。在距离端部50mm的锻管侧面寸为锻管外径加80mm。所有锻管的翻边尺寸以适开设-一个M6的检漏孔,整件制造完毕,检漏孔应通合射线检测时贴胶片为宜。对于下封头上带引出管的入0.4~0.5 MPa的压缩空气进行焊缝质量检查,以保接管,设计时考虑了3种方案:证结构安全。同时,在翻边锻管壳体焊接完毕后,按(1)采用翻边补强锻件焊接分段接管,分别堆标准规定要求对焊缝进行100%射线检测,满足JB/T焊完成;4730.2- -2005 I级合格,技术等级AB级,由于壳体(2)采用不锈钢翻边锻管和不锈钢管组成;和翻边翼缘厚度达到(90+4) mm,采用射线(Ir192)(3)采用碳钢锻件内衬不锈钢管组成。检测因曝光时间长,受环境和场地限制,而采用超方案一补强接管堆焊成形可以满足要求,但是声波衍射时差法(TOFD)代替射线检测4,并辅以由于接管分段处内壁堆焊质量不能保证,不可取;100%MT和100%PT检测,以杜绝焊接缺陷的存在。方案二,接管所需补强厚度超厚,翻边部分需要的厚度比简体厚30 mm,且主要焊缝存在异种钢焊接,4结束语不可取;方案三,由于补强锻管为碳钢,厚度适宜,在甲醇分离器的设计过程中,充分考虑设计温且引出管为不锈钢,不存在堆焊问题,为最佳方案,度和环境温度对设备造成的影响,结构形式上尽量简如图4为下封头补强接管形式。单可操作,优化存在薄弱环节的结构,在裙座对接焊在该结构中,对补强锻管的端部采用不锈钢环板(下转第32页)..32.化工设晶与管道第53卷第2期Study ofTechnology Based on Structural Strain for Monitoring Bolt Looseningin Process EquipmentWANG Gaoping, GUO Rui, PI Yunhan, WU Mingli(School of Mechanical and Elecrical Enginering, Wuhan Institute of Technology, Wuhan 430205, China)Abstract: Infuenced from chemical mediums and environment, bolts in chemical equipment are easy to loosening. The theory of this technique was studied and verification experiment was performed. Through analysis, thestrain distribution can be determined and bolt force can be obtained, so that the condition of bolted connection is monitored.
