聚乙二醇双水相萃取光度法测定铬(Ⅵ)
通过研究二苯碳酰二肼(DPC)-铬(Ⅵ)配合物在聚乙二醇(PEG)200-Na2SO4双水相中的显色和萃取分离条件,建立了集萃取分离和测定Cr6+于一身的双水相萃取光度分析方法.对双水相体系冲PEG溶液、Na2SO4和二苯碳酰二肼的用量以及溶液酸度进行了优化,探讨了共存离子对Cr6+萃取测定的影响.实验表明,在0.16 mol/L的H3PO4溶液中,二苯碳酰二肼与Cr6+形成的配合物被萃取到PEG相,最大吸收波长为545 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.3×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.Cr6+的质量浓度在0.05~13.0μg/mL的范围内符合比尔定律,最低检出限为0.029μg/mL,5μg/mL标准溶液的相对标准偏差为1.3%.本方法用于测定含铬工业废水中的Cr6+,结果与原子吸收光谱法测定值相符,不同水平的回收率为96.7%~99.8%....

A novel method of extraction spectrophotometric determination of Zn~(2+) in aqueous two-phase system formed by polyethylene glycol-2000,sodium sulfate and zincon has been established.Amounts of PEG solution,zincon solution,sodium sulfate added and the acidity of the system were optimized.The interference effects of various coexistent ions and the method to remove the interference were investigated.The Zn-zincon complex that had been formed in the presence of H_2BO_3-Na_2B_4O_7 buffer solution at pH 7.4 was extracted into the upper PEG-rich phase,and the absorbance of the extracted complex in the upper PEG-rich phase was measured at 630 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity was 7.3 × 10~4 L / (mol·cm).Beer's law was obeyed over the range of 0~2.0 μg / mL Zn~(2+).The analytical results obtained for Zn~(2+) in water samples were in good agreement with values measured by atomic absorption spectrometry....
