<div class="SectionLevel2"> <p class="subsec1 cdone2"><span class="Head3 cdone">1.1</span> This test method covers the determination of the 4-Carboxybenzaldehyde (4-CBA) and <span style="font-style:italic;font-weight:normal;" class="overriddenformat">p</span>-Toluic acid (<span style="font-style:italic;font-weight:normal;" class="overriddenformat">p</span>-TOL) in purified terephthalic acid (PTA) by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). This method is applicable for 4-CBA from 2 to 500 mg/kg and for <span style="font-style:italic;font-weight:normal;" class="overriddenformat">p</span>-TOL from 10 to 500 mg/kg, respectively.</p></div> <div class="SectionLevel2"> <p class="subsec1 cdone2"><span class="Head3 cdone">1.2</span> In determining the conformance of the test results using this method to applicable specification, results shall be rounded off in accordance with the rounding-off method of Practice <span class="Body-link1 cdone">E29</span>.</p></div> <div class="SectionLevel2"> <p class="subsec1 cdone2"><span class="Head3 cdone">1.3</span> The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. 运用反相高效液相色谱对发酵液中的β-苯乙醇进行定性定量分析,确定了RP-HPLC测定发酵液中β-苯乙醇的含量的方法.色谱柱:Dikma Diamonsil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm,Waters),流动相:甲醇:水=40:60(v/v),流速:1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长:260hm,柱温:30℃,外标法定量.结果:RP-HPLC法测定浓度在4~20μL/10mL时线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为97 71%,RSD为1.04%(n=5).此方法准确,灵敏,简单,重现性好,适合于发酵液这种复杂体系中β-苯乙醇的定量分析....
