金属八四内弧环填料（MVR）

八四内弧环填料，国外叫麦勒环VERY SPECIAL PACKING(VSP)填料,是类似花环形状的

金属填料，麦勒环填料已形成不同尺寸的系列产品，其中Mellaring Top是最大的一种型号,填料的环壁被割成许多条状开口,沿环的轴向分别向内、外弯成圆弧，形似一个花环或灯笼.另外，八四内弧环填料40及25产品，则是沿环的径向（横向）方向，向环内冲了2排~3排内弯弧形窗孔。这种填料的特点是环壁开敞面积较大，具有通量大、阻力小和传质效率高

等优点。

MVR直接替代广泛使用的麦勒环填料VERY SPECIAL PACKING(VSP)

NC Metal VERY SPECIAL PACKING (NC-MVR) MVR, also called VERY SPECIAL PACKING(VSP), is similar to the rosette-shaped metal packing. MVRhas a series of products of different sizes, Mellaring Top is the largest size. The MVR packing wall being dividedinto many strips openings, bent inward and outward respectively along the axial of the ring, the shape looks like awreath or a lantern. In addition, along the ring radial (horizontal) direction of VSP #25 and #40 products, the ringpunched with 2 rows to 3 rows of fenestra within the curved arc. MVR packing is characterized by larger wallopening area and free volume, lower resistance and high mass transfer efficiency.
