金属丝网波纹填料(MGP)

丝网波纹填料是填料发展史的一个重要里程碑，这种填料由压成波纹的丝网片排列而成，波纹片倾角30°或45°，相邻两波纹片方向相反，在塔内填装时，上下两盘填料交错90°叠放。具有高效、压降低和通量大的优点，产品有BX、CY型，常用于难分离和热敏性物系的真孔精馏，常压精馏和吸收过程。NC-MGP直接替代广泛使用的Sulzer gauze packing
